Internal Inclination
The building was designed with artistic freedom and no concrete decision as to what use it would be for the future. Originally it was thought to be a residential building yet there was the option for it to be an office building as well; therefore, the design of the building remains neutral. The plot of l and on which the building is situated is in trapezoidal formation facing a northeastern direction yet the building’s view is on the southwest edge of the plot. Therefore, the concept is based on the internal rectangular volume, which has an inclining slope.
All the openings of the building’s levels are from the floor to the ceiling. Therefore opening the windows of each floor would give the feeling of a huge space, eliminating the distinction between the indoor and outdoor areas. On the first level there is a lobby following the trapezoidal shape of the plot and on top of it is where the second structure is based.
